HomeNewsTwitch Streamer Cosmo Sets New World Record for OoT Josh Rodgers July 20, 2014 News The famous speed running twitch streamer Cosmo has just set a new world record for The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time. His amazing world record came in at 18 minutes 10.36 seconds. This is by far the fastest that the game has ever been completed and it’s crazy to think that someone could do this. When I played this game as a younger kid I never would’ve thought that I could complete it in under an hour, let alone 18 minutes. Recently watching SGDQ on Twitch has really gotten me into the whole speed running scene and I’ve been watching a ton of them. Just seeing all of the different ways that people break games to complete them faster is very interesting to me. This is such a huge accomplishment on his part and I really wish him luck in any of his future speed running endeavors. Please let us know what you think about speed running, Cosmo, or even the Legend of Zelda. If you click on Cosmo’s name it’ll take you straight to his Twitch channel where you can watch him livestream.
