HomeNewsSplatoon: Single Player Campaign Details, Release Window Announced Patrick Price November 5, 2014 News In today’s Nintendo Direct, we got another look at Splatoon for the Wii U. This time, details were shared about its Single-Player Campaign in a new trailer. “Squid versus Octopus, nature’s epic battle,” Iwata said. The enemies of the campaign all appear to be octopuses or at least have a strong octopus visual motif. Platforming sections, enemy encounters and boss fights are all on display and, if I may say, it looks fantastic. Precise details on level structure and the full breadth have yet to come, but the variety of environments on display appear to be diverse. Splatoon was also given a release window of Q2 2015, so we can expect it some time before July. Share this post: No related posts.
