Shin-Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem Still Alive; Development Right on Schedule

Shin-Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem, a crossover game with Atlus’ Shin-Megami Tensei series and Nintendo’s Fire Emblem series was announced almost a year ago with a short trailer, and since then we haven’t heard much. We expected to hear more about the project at E3 this year, but as it turns out, little-to-no information was given about the title’s release. This lead a lot of fans to believe that the crossover made in heaven had been sadly cancelled, but it turns out  Hitoshi Yamagami, a developer for Shin-Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem stated to following:

“We’re right on schedule, but if I answer in any more detail I will lose my job, so please have mercy on me,”

Hitoshi Yamagami is also working on Code Name: STEAM, the big new franchise for the 3DS but according to this statement,  that hasn’t slowed down development Shin-Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem
