Reggie Fils-Aime Promises Big Reveals At This Year’s E3

In an interview with FOX News, Nintendo of America’s Reggie Fils-Amie promised big things for the company’s E3 this June. He elaborated that the company was working on the next big ideas, as in new IPs, for their new platform. This includes new games both for the Switch and 3DS.

At the time of the interview, March 14th, the company was still setting U.S. sales records for the new console, allowing Nintendo to have a big opportunity at E3.

To date, the Switch has played host to new properties like 1-2-Switch, Snipperclips, and the upcoming ARMS. Nintendo has promised a steady stream of 1st party new releases across 2017 to keep system owners engaged. Meanwhile, the only new IP currently on tap from Nintendo for 3DS is Ever Oasis. E3 begins on June 13th, so stay tuned for future 3DS and Switch announcements.
