Natsume Brings Pocky & Rocky With Becky To Virtual Console In October

Natsume has announced on their official blog that the Game Boy Advance game Pocky & Rocky With Becky is coming to the Wii U Virtual Console next month. This re-release will hit both North American and European eShops sometime in October. The announcement follows last week’s re-release of Car Battler Joe on Wii U.

In addition, Natsume teased that more Game Boy Advance classics will return following suit, including the fan-favorite Medabots series, further Harvest Moon news, and a “surprise announcement” to be revealed next month.

Pocky & Rocky With Becky is a 2002 port of 1993’s Pocky & Rocky from Super NES. Considering its relative rarity (one copy on eBay goes for over $300), this news should please retro fans who have never experienced the original, and can now do so for a tenth of the price.
