HomeNewsMajora’s Mask 3D gets a Skull Kid Statue in its Limited Edition Bundle (Updated) Alex Irish January 6, 2015 News Back in 2011, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D garnered a lot of hype from the 3DS fan base. Around the world, various Nintendo branches offered special pre-order bonuses to entice potential consumers to the upgraded remake. Nintendo of America, not so much. While other parts of the world got playable Ocarinas and song books, North American fans got nothing. Now, as if to make up for the lack of special offers back when Ocarina 3D came out, Nintendo of America has announced a special edition of the upcoming The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D. It includes a “highly detailed” Skull Kid statue, and comes at a surprising MSRP of $49.99, only $10 more than the regular retail copy. Update, January 6th 6:33pm: This “one-of-a-kind” limited edition is exclusive to three retailers in North America:GameStop, Amazon, and Fryes. The limited edition is already sold out on Amazon.com, but you could always check your local GameStop (and Fryes if you’re near one). The Skull Kid statue follows on the heels of the Wind Waker HD collector’s edition which included a Ganondorf statue, also a retail exclusive.
