It was revealed that these state-of-the-art figurines powered by NFC would store data, and even carry it between games in some cases. Now Nintendo has given us an example of this cross-game compatibility by announcing that the Link amiibo will be compatible with Hyrule Warriors, Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and more titles. #amiibo figure Link will be compatible with #HyruleWarriors. The above tweet proves that Nintendo is willing to go the distance in order to see the success of amiibo by giving them more versatility in games.
