HomeNewsHyrule Warriors Now Has Sheik, Princess Ruto & Darunia As Playable Characters Zak Penrith July 22, 2014 News Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu has revealed 3 upcoming characters for Tecmo Koei and Nintendo’s game Hyrule Warriors. Hyrule Warriors blends together Tecmo’s Warriors series style of gameplay with Nintendo’s Zelda franchise. The most popular title in the Zelda franchise has to be The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, so that is why Tecmo and Nintendo have decided to announce three character from Ocarina of Time into Hyrule Warriors. The first character is Zelda’s alter ego Sheik. Sheik is a kick butt chick and it’s great seeing her in more games other than Zelda and Smash Bros. The second character is Darunia who is leader of the Hyrulean Gorons, who brings the male roster up to two, with Link being to only other male in the game confirmed so far. Princess Ruto is Princess of the Zoras, and one of the Seven Sages in Ocarina of Time who she seems like she’d blend in pretty well with all the other characters in Hyrule Warriors. Hyrule Warriors is set to launch on 14th of August in japan, while the rest of the world will get it after September 19th. [Source: Famitsu, Nintendo Insider] Share this post: No related posts.
