HomeNewsHere’s the Winning Level in Facebook’s Mario Maker Hackathon Jelani Thompson August 3, 2015 News Facebook employees recently got the opportunity to participate in a two-day Super Mario Maker hackathon in which they were tasked with designing the most interesting level that would then be available for millions to play upon the game’s launch. The rules of the competition were simple: the level designers had to be able to beat their own levels before submitting it to the judges. Other than that, creators were able to make the levels as crazy/wacky as possible. Below, you’ll find a video showing off the winning level called “Ship Love” by Doug Strait and Roy McElmurry. Super Mario Maker comes out on September 11, 2015 for approximately $59.99. Will you be picking it up? Share this post: No related posts.
