HomeNewsHere’s How Much Switch Accessories Will Cost You Alex Irish January 13, 2017 News Nintendo has confirmed the suggested pricing on a number of Switch accessories and controllers, with prices ranging upwards of $50 all the way to $90. The Joy-Con controllers on their own are $49.99 USD each, while a bundle that includes both left and right Joy-Cons will run $79.99 USD. Multiple color options, including blue, red, and a mix of both, will be available. The Nintendo Switch Pro Controller will run you $69.99, filled as it is with NFC, motion sensing, and HD Rumble, the same tech that the Joy-Con controllers hold. The Nintendo Switch Dock that enables the console to connect to display on an HDTV will also be sold separately, and will run $89.99 USD. This bundle includes the dock, an AC Adapter, and an HDMI cable. Similarly, the Joy-Con Charging Grip, which also comes bundled with the console, will be sold standalone for $29.99. And if you’re a fan of the Wii Wheel of Mario Kart Wii fame, Nintendo will be selling a new wheel for the Joy-Con (perfect for the upcoming Mario Kart 8 Deluxe). It will retail for $14.99 USD. To wit, the Switch accessories are running more expensive than comparable ones on the Wii and Wii U. Wii Remotes, an analog to the new Joy-Cons, are retailed for $39.99, the same price as the Wii U Pro Controller. The Nintendo Switch itself will retail for $299.99, making early adopters for the console face some expensive surcharges. Share this post: No related posts.
