How to Get Unlimited StreetPasses From Home (Tutorial)

Have you ever wanted to get unlimited StreetPasses from the comfort of your home? Well, I have, and I’ve discovered RelayMyHome. RelayMyHome is a program that you can download to your Mac, allowing you to get hundreds of Streetpasses from all over the world every day. It’s incredibly useful if you want to use all the features that StreetPass has to offer, and it’s also completely free!

In order to use it, you must have:

1). A Macbook (any model), iMac (any model), or a Mac Pro.

2). An ethernet cable.

3). An ethernet slot. (If you don’t have one, then you can get a lighting ethernet adapter cable)

4). A 3DS with StreetPass turned on.

If you meet all of the requirements, then you’re 50 percent done!

Next, we have the steps for you to initiate the process:

1). Go to This site and click the button on the right that says ‘Download ZIP’.

2). Once the ZIP file is downloaded, click on it to unzip it. The folder will appear, but ignore it for now.

3). Using the WiFi icon in your menu bar at the top of the screen, select “Create Network…” and create a network named NZ@McD1. make sure to set Security to None (you can ignore the Channel option).

4). Open System Preferences, then select Sharing. Select Internet Sharing, then set “Share your connection from:” to Ethernet, and check off WiFi in the “To computers using” box. Finally, check off Internet Sharing and click start at the prompt.

5). Turn on your 3DS and enable wireless communications.

6). Go back to the previously opened folder, and click the terminal icon.

7). Terminal will ask for your computer password; enter it and it will start running.

If you have done everything right, you will shortly be drowning in a sea of green lights! You can run the program as many times as you want, but usually after your 3rd try on the same day, you won’t get anymore StreetPasses. Just wait until the next day, then run it again!
