Competitive Event Enrique Herrera January 9, 2015 News Announced via the Team Apex Twitter account, Nintendo has partnered with Team Apex Multisport to bring forth an epic Super Smash Bros. competitive at fighting game tournament, Apex 2015! It’s an annual event that has been going strong for six years now. Apex 2015 gets bigger every year, with more participants brawling for a chance at various cash prizes. With over 400 competitors last year, 2015 will only get bigger from here on out. The table below shows the entrance fees by category: Smash 64 singles: $10 Per participant Smash 64 doubles: $10 Per participant Melee singles: $15 Per participant Melee doubles: $10 Per participant Brawl singles: $10 Per participant Brawl doubles: $10 Per participant Smash Wii U singles: $15 Per participant Smash Wii U doubles: $10 Per participant Though many qualifiers matches have passed, there are just two locations left if you want your shot at the big match!
